Priya joined our firm in early 2026 as an Associate Lawyer. She holds a Bachelor of Laws and a Graduate Diploma of Legal Practice and was admitted to the Supreme Court of Victoria in November 2021.

 

Priya practices primarily in property and commercial law, with extensive experience assisting clients with the sale and purchase of residential, commercial and development properties. She advises on all stages of property transactions, including drafting, reviewing and negotiating contracts of sale and commercial and retail leases.

 

Drawing on her experience in property development and commercial matters, Priya understands the practical and commercial considerations that underpin each transaction.
